SKINCARE: BODY GLYCERINE, OLIVE OIL & COCONUT OIL
BODY
These are just a few things I add to my lotion daily to keep my skin, moisturized, shiny and younger looking. The best part is most of these are found in your kitchen.
VEGETABLE GLYCERIN
- humectant (helps draw moisture from the atmosphere to moisturize the skin/hair)
- soluble (easily dissolves) in water and alcohol
- found in various beauty pharmaceutical skincare and cosmetic products
OLIVE OIL - Olea europaea
- multi purpose - used on hair and hair and to cook
- found in various beauty pharmaceutical skincare and cosmetic products
- Extra Virign Olive Oil (EVOO) is the best it's extracted using natural methods
COCONUT OIL- Cocos nucifera
- multi purpose - used on hair, skin teeth and to cook
- natural/organic
- antibacterial/antiviral properties
- found in various beauty pharmaceutical skincare and cosmetic products
